GET/v1/stockmarket/news
Cached, source-consolidated news for a bulk list of tickers. On-demand: a cold ticker is whitelisted and fetched in the background, so its first response may carry no articles (it appears in ``refreshing`` with a ``202``). Once cached, duplicate reports of the same story across sources are merged into a single item that lists every source.
